Return and Refund Policy:
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72hrs of receipt by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date if the poroduct is unopened. Order Processing, Delivery Method, and Timing:
After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 2 to 5 business days is required to review the order. Shipments are sent via courier. Shipping times is dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center. Typical shipping times may vary from 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you.
